How does billing work?
Each plan includes a number of checks per month. Your counter resets at the start of every month, and you're billed monthly.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can switch to a bigger or smaller plan, or cancel, at any time.
What if I need more checks?
Move up to the next plan. If you regularly go beyond 75,000 checks a month, we'll build an Enterprise plan for you.
What's the difference between Individuals and Business?
The report and the staff panel are the same. Business plans add much higher volume, a lower price per check, priority support, guided setup and company invoicing.
